DELIVERY POLICY

Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email You will be emailed as soon as your order is despatched. The majority of orders are sent via courier on a 2-3 working day service - although this is not guaranteed. Our primary courier is DPD but we also use Royal Mail Parcelforce services for certain products.

UK Delivery Terms
This information applies to UK deliveries. Standard delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for 2-3 working day delivery (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Certain items are stored at our remote warehouse and will take 3-5 working days to deliver. This will be shown on the item's page and on the basket page. If any items in your basket require a 2-3 working day delivery, your entire order will be despatched at the same time for delivery in 2-3 working days. We do not deliver to BFPOs.

In-store Items
These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery within 1-2 working days. If you would like to purchase the item in person then please call ahead to arrange an appointment: 01452 812615​

International Deliveries and Taxes (All EU European Countries)
WE SHIP TO ALL EU DESTINATIONS / COUNTRIES FOR A ONE OFF SHIPPING FEE OF £45 WITH TNT EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

In addition to the above information, if your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. ATN Electrics UK Ltd Trading As Thermtec Leisure advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, please follow the Returns Instructions on this page. You must return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging with our Returns Form, within 14 days of receipt. PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR GOOD(S) YOU MUST MAKE US AWARE OF YOUR INTENTION TO DO SO BY contacting the sales office 01452 812615 for return form.​

Exchange / Replacement
Exchanges are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods (all exchanges subject to stock availability). Any items are your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves. Postage to and from atnelectricsuk is to be covered by the customer. Once we have completed your exchange, we will notify you via email (where applicable). We will always send replacement goods to your original shipping address unless notified otherwise.​

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the requested information. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.​

Faulty Goods
Warranty on all our Thermtec products is up to a period of 3 years. If the goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection immediately. If necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, which could take up to 28 days. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they are accompanied by a covering letter along with a copy of proof of purchaseReplacement goods and repaired goods carry a warranty period from the date of the original purchase. No warranty extension will be applied to replacement and repaired goods.​

The cost of returning goods to be repaired or replaced under warranty is not covered by the warranty and must be met by yourself. We will of course send out any repaired/replaced goods free of any carriage charge

We cannot process any returns without an original order number. Failure to provide the requested information may cause delays in dealing with your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
